When the SAPICA is no longer needed, you can return it for a refund.
Please go to the subway station counter or Commuter Pass Sales Office,
bus office or bus terminal to have the current balance (minus a ¥200 processing fee)
and the initial deposit of ¥500 returned.
Amount paid to customer
- The card balance can not be repaid without returning the card.
- If the card balance is less than ¥200, the balance can not be refunded. In such cases, only the deposit of ¥500 can be returned.
- When the balance is in ¥1 increments, the refunded amount will be rounded up to the nearest ¥10 increment.
- SAPICA point values will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
